Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel any normal order at no charge if notice given is at least 24 hours prior to delivery confirmation.
  • In the event that you are not present to receive an order at the scheduled delivery date, there will be a redelivery charge of $50.00 (incl. of GST) imposed for normal and bulk orders respectively.
  • In the event that we are unable to confirm and/or verify any orders received through the mobile number provided to us, we reserve the right to cancel the said order.

Return of Products / Refund

  • Pictures of products provided on this Website are
    1. (i) provided for illustration purposes and to help with their identification
    2. (ii) subject to redesign and/or improvement and/or changes without notice. While we take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was inputted into the system, the information may be different by the time an order is placed.

  • We shall use our best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy, please notify us either by e-mail at support@norwegiansalmon.com.sg or call us at 90055083 in working hours. Returns/Refunds can be arranged under the following circumstances:

    1. a. if any Product have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the Product has expired upon delivery, or if a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, we shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product.

    2. b. if any Product which was not included in the Customer's order is delivered to the Customer, we shall collect the Product from the Customer.

    3. c. if the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, we shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.

    4. d. If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product, we shall refund to the Customer the difference.>

  • All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment on which the original purchase was made within 15 working days.
  • All replacements of Products shall be effected in the shortest time possible.

Return Policy

  • An order can be cancelled by the customer for a full refund ONLY PRIOR to delivery confirmation email being sent.
  • The invoiced value of any product is therefore NON REFUNDABLE to the customer once "delivery is initiated".
  • ALL Refunds will be made via the direct deposit method.
